Speed Guidelines

Speed is a universally relative concept in NR - as in the real world - that relates to techniques, shinobi, and anything else that applies in a linear fashion. In NR, like the real world uses MPH[Miles Per Hour], we use Kunai. Now, Kunai doesn't necessarily mean the speed at which a Kunai moves, it's a name dubbed to give speed an universal existence. Kunai is also known in the NR universe, so your character may say things such as, "The Kunai speed of [Insert] is incredibly high. I have to watch out for that attack." Or anything you want to add in a sense of realism to speeds. With that being said, I'll explain how Speed is gauged within NR.
Speed has 9 differentials starting from 0 to 8. 0 is basically an object that is not in motion or does not have motion, this can commonly be referred to the likeness of standing still, or to an object that is instantaneous without the need for speed. Most objects like Barriers or whatnot that erect instantly will have a Zero value, and albeit Zero is also the weakest, it is also the fastest in the entirety of the speed world. Flying Thunder God or Summoning Technique will be techniques classified with a Zero Value. Moreover, Speed beyond the Zero Value is classified as 1 Kunai or 1.k to 10 Kunai or 10.k. As the number becomes higher, so does the individuals and techniques movement speed.
--Reaction Time Vs Speed:
There is also the speed of reaction time / reflexes. This is also measured in speed, and is usually in-combination with your own movement speed, unless an Aspect Increase is used. When doing something such as Reaction Time Vs Speed, there's a very basic rule to this. As you know, speed is dictated in the Shunshin stat located Main Skills Guidelines.. There's several ranks, and rank dictates how your reflexes perceive other speeds. Here's the list of examples:
Each number represents a rank and it goes up as with the number. 1k Speed is relative to E-Rank Speed. 7k Speed is A-Rank Speed. 10k Speed is Pi-Rank Speed.
