Description:

The user uses their hand seals and a large flash of lightning is created below the users feet. The user will create chakra in their feet at the same time, (similar to the type of chakra you'd use if you were to climb trees or walk on water). The user will then "ride" the lightning. The downside is that the lightning can only go in a straight line and then it dissipates after the attack. So if the opponent somehow dodges then the user will keep going in that straight line, unable to control the justu. The user can control this jutsu if they use metal ninja wire (think of a train on a train track). The user can use this as a mode of faster transportation, a quick escape, or even an attack.
