►Shinobi Stats:

Points are N:R's way to distribute individual strength to various different skills through OOC Creation to keep a consistent universal system of gauging. It's to promote fairness and organization. To begin, each starting Lv is given a default amount of points they can use:

• Chūnin-Lv: Twelve Points.
• Tokubetsu Jōnin: Fifteen Points.
• Jōnin-Lv: Eighteen Points.
• Kage-Lv: Twenty-Two Points.[/ul]You allocate your stats as you want, however the general rule of thumb is: "One Point - One Rank-Up." There are certain restrictions, Genin-Lv can not have Above C-Rank Skills[Not Regarding Aspect]. Chūnin-Lv: Can not have Above B-Rank Skills[Not Regarding Aspect]. Tokubetsu Jōnin: Can not have Above A-Rank Skills, and can only possess 1 A-Rank Skill. Jōnin-Lv: Can not have Above A-Rank Skills[Not Regarding Aspect].

Certain ranks are restricted to a minimal mandatory skill due to the military requirement:

Aspects & Aspect Increase

Aspects are traits within Main/Supplementary Skills. They are what makes up skills, if that skill has multiple different building blocks that comprise it. As such, you can spend one point in an Aspect of a Skill to have it be exceptional beyond the other skills, always possessing a +1 from your Overall Base Stat Rank. An example would be Taijutsu, using an Aspect Increase in Taijutsu[Stamina], your Stamina will always be One Rank above your Taijutsu Overall. You can only add 1 Aspect during OOC manually. Use this format below, and post it below the stat:

History:

Write out a story about how your character got to where they are now. It doesn't have to be too impressive or detailed if you're making just a basic jounin or chuunin, however, ANBU, or any special jounin position like head medic or hancho, ect... require a bit more detail. Beginner genin and academy students don't require a history, however no genin can be younger than 10 without admin permission.
