Description:

Description:

A technique which allows the user to flick a card once to begin the cards rotation, then before it leaves the users hand range the user will give it a second fling. The first fling of this technique gives the weapon rotation, where as the second sends it accurately to it's destination. This technique gives a thrown card twice as many rotations per-foot as it'd normally do, this gives the card an increased chance to bury itself in the target as well as decrease their chances of predicting how exactly it's going to hit them.

Due to this nature though this technique is primarily for those who lack Taijutsu or Bukijutsu.
