Description:This technique creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles, capable of decimating anything caught in it in only a matter of moments. The completed technique is directed through vertically overlapped hands that are placed in front of the user's mouth after forming the necessary hand seals. This technique is incredibly fast[6.0x Kunai], which warrants its high ranking due to its lethality and speed. However, it's rather narrow in the beginning and spreads out to about a single foot higher than the users height. As such, unless used properly, it is dodgeable.
