Fūton Jutsu: It is capable of being a medium for Fūton Jutsu, much like Kyodai Sensu, however the user must have the capability to use Fūton to do so. It can even use Kyodai Sensu techniques due to its classification as a fan.

Actual Wind Production: It can produce actual wind, unlike Fūton produced by chakra which has chakra-based weaknesses, and as such can fight off Katon and has no inherent strength against Raiton. This wind can deflect weapons and blow out Katon much akin to wind to a candle or an open lighter. The strength of fire it can put out is equal to the rank of wind speed. However, this wind can only be produced with a swing in a direction, and as such the higher the wielders physical strength, the stronger and faster the wind they can produce. Legend:
