Through ancient rituals our ancestors gained the favor of the gods of war. We were blessed then by those gods which now gives us our incredible reserves of chakra. However now we are eternally marked with features that make us unable to cling to the shadows. We are all with white hair and ruby eyes.
+1 to Chakra ReservesIn ancient times were were a clan of peoples that relished mass destruction. In order to make sure that we would be able to cause as much chaos among our adversaries as possible we would perform ancient rituals that would temporarily bestow us with much strength. This would allow us to fight for long periods of time without tiring and help us in utilizing techniques that many once thought were impossible. However one day, one of our ancestors did the unthinkable. He offered his very own first born to the gods before drinking its young blood. This seemed to cause an adverse affect inside of him. His hair turned as white as snow and his eyes became as crimson as the blood he drank. Not only this, but he seemed to be eternally blessed with the gift of our gods.
More and more of our ancestors began to partake in this ritual just the same as him and they too attained much power, however, plague and famine struck the land of blood and proceeded to take the lives of many of our great ancestors. As a result the survivors were forced to do one of two things. Devour the corpses of their relatives or migrate to another land where they would be able to find the sustenance for their very existence. While many chose to move, there were a few that chose to remain, and those that did remain were never heard from again.
Those of us that had chosen to migrate to the main land soon found themselves in what is now known as the land of earth. Here they found that their skills in war were much useful as they were able to steal as much food as they desired and slaughter all that stood in their way. However, this was not able to sustain them for long. Eventually they were forced into hiding
