Description:

The user does a few hand seals before placing one hand by their mouth. They create lime in their stomach and super heat it before launching it from their mouth in the form of a very viscous and very bright grey liquid. Although grey, the liquid shines so brightly it appears white and will blind anyone but the user for a moment or two. This wave is more like a torrent and can burn through trees and flesh with ease. It has a max range of 10m after being launched and using chakra can have its direction turned in one direction mid flight.

Description:

The user creates a clone out of asphalt. This clone has all the abilities the original does but is limited to using only Yoton no Jutsu and non-elemental techniques. It can also only go so far before it automatically disperses [30 Meters] (like other basic elemental clones). When the clone is defeated or released, it returns to a viscous asphalt state before latching onto the closest physical being within 5m other than the user themselves . As soon as it latches onto a target it will quickly harden. The clone speed is reduced one rank from the user own shunshin rank.

Yōton: Sekkaihara no Jutsu Lava Release: - Quicklime Field Technique

Description:

The user does a few hand seals before slapping their hand(s) onto the floor. Quickly they turn the area around or ahead of them for 75m into viscous quicklime. The quicklime will draw the target(s) into its space by latching onto them almost like tar. Its weight will also prevent the opponent from often forcing their way out using brute strength. The quicklime can be hardened by firing water into it so that all of those trapped within it will become encased in the quicklime unless freed by an ally.

Yōton: Sekkai Ame Rekisei Tensei - Lava Release: Quicklime Rain Asphalt Nature

Description:

The user performs several hand seals before slamming their hands or their feet into the ground. The ground shakes violently before the first 5m of ground from surface and below around the user for 50m erupts upwards. This will do minor damage to anyone caught in it, but that is only the start of the technique. This ground, now infused with lava chakra will coagulate and form into quicklime and asphalt like a volcano before erupting, making almost grey looking clouds several hundred meters above the ground. From there, quicklime and asphalt bullets will begin raining down onto the ground. The quicklime will slow anyone down it strikes, each "bullet" being about the size of an small football, while the viscous asphalt will also pummel people down and harden on their bodies. This jutsu will rain down for several minutes quicklime and asphalt 30m all around.

Yōton: Raimukouha - "Will blind anyone but the user completely" is a bit much, especially considering you want this as a C-Rank. If you bump it up to B-Rank there can be a momentarily blinding flash.

Yōton: Rekisei Bunshin no Jutsu - How far is the range of the clone? If the asphalt is hardened (which I assume it would be) there also needs to be a penalty to speed - say, the clone would have the user's shunshin rank minus one.

Yōton: Sekkaihara no Jutsu - The formatting of the name of this tech is a little messed up. Also, a hundred meters is a little too much. I'd prefer 50m-75m at the very most.

Yōton: Sekkai Ame Rekisei Tensei - How does infusing the ground with youton chakra made clouds several hundred meters in the sky? The bullets should be much smaller, half the current size at most.
