Description:In attempts of negotiation and discussion, Konohagakure and Kirigakure's head figures were to meet in a specified place at some time. However, last minute constraints prevented the Hokage from showing up. In his stead, Shikai - a Jounin from the village - is to travel to the Land of Waters and confront the Mizukage Teiji directly in his own home. Topics at hand were picked prior to this small interruption, and as such, things are expected to go relatively well. But while the initial motive was perhaps strengthening the alliance, things might take turns for better or worse...
