Certain members of this clan are born with the ability to manifest raiton chakra. The force of the raiton is equal to the strength of the individuals chakra.(IE a infant would be less than a watch battery) As such the clan puts an absolute emphasis on controlling their Chakra. The innate raiton nature of their chakra forbids them for using any other element but at the same time allows for them to dedicate themselves solely to a single element. The Clan also helped Pioneer Raiton Chakra flow through experimenting with Raiton Chakra. This has made Nintai a staple of the Clans Fighting style since before the villages.[CC+1]

They also spend there time honing there bodies for combat. Focusing on the common principles of martial arts, rather than any specific style. The purpose of the emphasis on physical training is to become physically one with there Charka as much as possible, allowing them to manipulate it.[ Clan Nintai jutsu are Taijutsu dependant.]

Blessed members of this clan can only have Raiton chakra and can not learn any traditional Raiton jutsu. The must create there own unique style of NinTai and the jutsu surrounding it. They can still use none elemental jutsu such as clones and what not. The non blessed members of this clan are not restricted by this.

Historical Background:

The clan dates as far back as the land of lightning itself and certainly well before the village hidden in the clouds was ever formed. The Takemikazuchi clan has always been looked to as protectors and deified by those who have been protected. It's said that the lighting country itself, got its name from this clans ability to call down Lightning, or so they say.

The Clan has been known to produce extremely powerful Raiton masters who seem to be able to bend lighting to their will. This ability cut out a position of power for them early in the ninja world. That power also helped them maintain and expand as time progressed. If not for the benevolent nature of the clan they surely would have been remembered as savage conquerors rather than the Valiant protectors.

The clan’s involvement in the cloud village could be called nothing less than intricate. While they did not join the cloud village officially until late in its development the Clan was always on good terms and even worked towards mutually beneficial goals. When the Clan did officially join the village they were given positions of power and influence befitting there power and influence.

Clan Structure

Since most of the clan is not born with the "Blessing" of the clan, those that are cater to and nurture them as if royalty, often with names of clan members who have come before them. The clan as a whole understands that the ones born with the gift are what have kept the clan is such high standings. However despite the reverence that is placed upon then, the "blessed" don't look down on the others. In fact they are seen as Family.

The burden of raising the blessed is hard, since they have no control over the Raiton chakra that they can generate from their bodies. The clan developed specific techniques and seals to suppress and control the rampant chakra while they are young. They and most importantly, instill very regal bearing into the children. They treat them as Royalty and as such they are educated and prepared exactly as a child would have in the height of the clan's old dynasty. The traditions have only changed slightly to modify to new developments in the world. In this way the "Blessed" have the importance of their role in the clan drilled into them

They are also trained in chakra control from as young an age as possible. Removing the seals for training, this is the single most important role in a child who has been blessed and as such they spend most of their time doing it. This is also one of the main focuses of the entire clan, the other being Taijutsu.

2) I think this clan's per would be either in Tai or Nin. Not Chakra Control. Fix that.
3) Expand more. How do they manipulate their chakra? What is classified as "traditional" Raiton? Can the bless still learn other elements? Also, for their fighting style..are they jack of all trades in martial arts? Or do they pick up one martial art and build upon it? Explain it somewhat better if possible.

1) Unless any other clan has claim to this, I'd like to keep it. Since someone had to and it makes sense that it would be a clan like this and since there is no reason I can't.

Their use of Taijutsu to aid in their chakra control is the reason the clan's Hidan jutsu are based on Taijutsu.

3) I don't know what you mean by HOW they manipulate chakra. Traditional jutsu are canon or other Raiton jutsu in general out side of the Clans. • Could you remove the large amounts of space between each part? It looks mildly untidy and uneven from six spaces in one area to two in another.

• You cannot have "they pioneered" you can say they have been ONE of the highly revered pioneering clans that's responsible for Raiton techniques (which would be non-canon), but they didn't "create" Raiton chakra flow as such.

• Can you justify or blockquote the application? 

• You have a [ and | on either side of the Image. Also, if it isn't already, centre it please. 

• Can you please put a list on the clan positions? I see a lot of [*]

• This will need to be registered seperately and their effects as well for the matter. (i.e. a watch battery wouldn't exactly stop a person's heart now, would it??)

Ok buddy, i did all the Cosmetic stuff, sry aboot that, translated from word weird ^_^

I changed it to "Helped pioneer Raiton Chakra flow"

I got Rid of the Combat style part all together, since it was basically saying,First rule of this clans combat style, There is no combat style. Second rule of this clans Combat style is there IS NO COMBAT STYLE. So not an issue

Now for the part I'm not too sure on, the power scope. I have 2 idea's for that. Both along the same lines: Either determined by the size of their Chakra( IE CR=D Ranks, you have D-Rank power) Or dictated by their Hidan Rank( IE If your at C-Ranked ninjutsu with Katon @ C and Hidan @ D Then you'd have D-Rank power) Because the idea is that the Power grows with them.
