Description:

The user summons purple lightning around his body but instead of shaping it into a panther, he shapes into multiple hammerhead sharks then launches them at his opponents. Three sharks are created per usage of this technique and each shark like shape can move through the air or through water. If water is present on the battle field either natural or water that was left from a jutsu the speed of the sharks is increased dramatically.  The purple lightning does nothing extra except its purple so treat the lightning as normal. The sharks in the air can move at 6* Kunai speed and under or on water it is 7* kunai speed. They can bite like sharks and are like kisame's sharks except if they bite you will be stunned from the high powered electricity.

Description:

Teiji will begin to focus his lightning into one point after hand-signs have been completed.The one point will be high up in the air about 30 meters in the air above the user. The purple colored lightning will be gathered up in the air till it forms a lightning ball in the air the size of a boulder the size of it is around the size of large beach ball. Once this is done Teiji will fire it at his enemy. Once it makes impact with an surface or enemy it will leave a crater in the ground and discharge the massive amount of purple lightning the effect this attack has it deal heavy blunt damage from the impact within the crater and the discharge of lightning will deal a severe shock to those in the discharge area of effect 15 meters.

Purple lightning wouldn't be its own release. Changing the color of a technique isn't enough to give it its own release without doing something specific - but since this is just lightning colored purple, it doesn't apply. (Much like how lightning in the series has been depicted as White, Yellow, and Blue, but that doesn't actually affect the techniques themselves, with Black lightning being an exception). These would all be standard Raiton techniques.

Please detail the speed of the sharks in the first technique, and just how fast they move under-water. Also, are they just shaped like sharks, or are they like Kisame's techs and move and bite and stuff? I am not sure about what they actually do when the hit something, either.

You'll have to be a little more specific with the size of Thunder God's Wrath. Boulders come in many sizes. Also, could you detail the damage that the technique does? It's powerful enough to cause a crater to form, but what does it do, exactly? Does it burn? Shock? Vaporize? Stun? And what about the discharged electricity?
