Description:

This technique creates a cluster of ice needles in the shape of miniature swallows out of preexisting ice, which the user then throws at the opponent. These needles can change direction in midair and will maim the opponent with their sharp wings. These will explode in contact with the force of from 1 to at max 3 Explosive tags, and can deal mild to (at max) 1st degree frostbite.

Description:

This technique allows the user to create ice underground. At a hand seal, this technique allows the user to infuse their chakra with ice underground and bring it to the surface. The user can then trap their opponent within the ice by controlling its movements and completely surrounding them in the ice. It is strong enough to withstand Fire Release techniques equal to lower then this technique. This allows to double as a defensive technique, by the user encasing themselves in the ice. However, a chakra burst or physical strength of B or higher can break this technique.

Description:

This technique allows the user to create and manipulate ice and form it into a giant tiger. In way, this technique is similar to the Suiryuudan technique. However, it doesn't require prexisting ice and the handseals are smaller amount (only 4). It is cold enough to freeze equal or lower Water Release techniques when it comes into contact with. It can even freeze 1 A rank technique. However, S rank techniques are useless against this skill. This also deals 2nd Degree Frostbite.

Description:

After 3 hand seals, and the last one being the bird, a large dome of crystal-like ice appears around the user of a 7 meter radius, protecting the target and those close by. This dome is strong enough to block B rank and below jutsu, and physical attacks of that range. This dome is see through, so they can see what is going outside the dome. However, like wise B rank attacks below can't hit/destroy the dome, the targets inside can't attack outside and destroy the dome unless the jutsu canceled or the jutsu is A or higher.

Description:

After forming the needed hand seal the user will thrust his arm to send out a black ether-like dragon to strike his opponent. As it flies through the air it will begin to turn. As it turns, great shards of stalagmites thrust from the ground. When it finally hits the target, it will use its motion/speed it gained to launch the opponent high into the air. When the dragon hits, it is hit with large sharps of ice leading to possible deep lacerations, and could possibly be frozen over ice solid. Non-lliving objects will shatter into ice flakes. This attack is able to deal 3rd degree frostbite. Sometimes it can do 2nd and 4th degree though.

In your posts I would require you to differentiate this with different chakra costs. +4% for x2 Explosive Tag. That is if you still want to be able to adjust it.

It is cold enough to freeze any Water Release techniques when it comes into contact with. This also deals 2nd Degree Frostbite.

Uhhh no. I can respect it freezing Suiton of equal or lesser strength, maybe even one rank above, but not S-rank.

However, the targets cannot attack via in dome. So it can be used as trapping style technique.

While I get what you're saying, the wording there is a bit confusing. Don't you mean targets can't be attacked or attack through the dome? Please reword this part a little.


Hyōton: Kokuryū Bōfūsetsu - Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard

When this attack hits the area of the opponent, what does it do? Does it simply knock the target into the air, shatter, cause giant ice stalagmites to rise up from the earth where it hit? Details please, this is an A-Rank so I'd expect a little more from it.
