Description:

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows, though even then, depending on the user's growth with the technique, it may not be enough. The clones can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. The max of clones one can create with this technique is up to five.

 These clones are created using Katon Chakra, as such, when it reverts, instead of turning back into chakra, it turns into its original state in a torrent explosion of flames that can cause 1st to 3rd degree burns depending on where the flames touch and how far that person is. The explosion radius is 3 meters, but the heat extends to 6 meters in distance, which can cause 1st degree heat burns.

The chakra remaining after this jutsu's cost is split evenly between the original and the clone(s). Upon a clone's dispersion, their remaining chakra returns to the original. Chakra consumption is per usage, not per clone. When the clone is dispersed, it loses -1% of its overall chakra, as such, a clone holding 10% of chakra when dispersed will give 9% back.

Only Kage Bunshin are capable of using techniques - a C-Rank intangible clone shouldn't be able to use any Katon technique, even with limited reserves, let alone turn into tangible fire.

All in all, it would probably work best if it was just left at Katon Kage Bunshin, which seems fine otherwise.

Normally, i would simply listen to staff and modify according as to not have any hassle, however, your first statement slapped me with surprise. Katon Kage Bunshin, and Katon Bunshin are different techniques, that i can assure you, being chakra cost, capabilities, distance at which the clone can travel from the user, what techniques it can use, what happens when they disperse, information given to the user after dispersing, the chakra being evenly split in one and selective in the other, and the amount of strength is the same in Elemental Clones [1/10th; which is showed in their stat decreases] while Shadow Clones keep even strength. So that statement shocked me that you didn't know the difference.

Also, clones are capable of using techniques. That has been displayed by Water Clone & Crow Clone, Elemental and non-Elemental respectively. Simply that Water Clone was restricted to Water Techniques, and Crow Clone, much is unclear about that, i forgot the specifics but i believe it was capable of using Genjutsu/Non-Elemental Technique. The main difference between Elemental Clone and Shadow Clone, is that Elemental Clones are limited to their own element, while Shadow Clones are capable of using any technique. Also, Elemental Clones are TANGIBLE. The only clone that isn't is normal bunshin which is a simple image of the user and can't interact with reality. Moreover, they revert back to their "Real" element and thus can hurt enemies, this is displayed by water and rock clone where they revert back to their literal element. If a clone turned back into a blazing burst of fire, of course it would burn.

Now that i've given you a piece of information, which i hope you carry with you when approaching further clone techniques, i hope we can move onwards.

I apologize, there's a lot I assumed about the clone technique and a lot that I was wrong about.

Aside from that, the fire clone is going to need a higher Chakra Consumption cost.

First and foremost, apologize for the tone of voice. I've never had a gentle one when attempting to fix someones way of thinking. So that is my fault, and i don't really expect my subconscious way of response to change in a second, so i hope you understand that.

Anyways, i could continue to argue that clones of the elemental nature is capable of using their respective elemental techniques, and not just to be mediums of techniques which is similar to being able to use techniques regardless[Such as a Fire Clone using their Fire to shoot Fireballs at someone], however, i don't gain anything from a continued debate, nor do i have the energy or time to search for evidence or proper logic. So, first technique! Removed.

However, i do say, as fellow Ex-Reviewer, i do agree with Katon, Fuuton, and Raiton should require more control to properly utilize, and perhaps Fuuton being impossible entirely. I wanted to outlaw those types of clones, but i decided not to as the forum was near its end, so i understand where you're coming from with your assumption of difficulty. Also, you should use another word other than tangible, having multiple definitions, i took it as "not real" instead of "not having solid form." Cause Tangible means being able to touch, and despite being non-solid, doesn't mean it can't be touched or felt, so i just completely went towards "Not Real" definition. I apologize for that.
