Chakra Consumptions:Every jutsu costs chakra at some amount, however in certain cases there may be modifications to these amounts of chakra that may say otherwise. Below is the system that will allow you to easily reference how much chakra a technique will consume based on your chakra reserves and chakra control.

Now then, there are additional modifiers based on your Chakra Control. Just like in the world of Canon Naruto, no cost to jutsu is set in stone. Sometimes you spend more chakra on a jutsu than others and other times you spend as little chakra as possible. Based on your Control with your Chakra and your overall Reserves, you may or may not just kill yourself when trying to use a jutsu out of your league.
CHAKRA CONTROL MODIFIERS
E-Rank CC:
- +31% to your Chakra Cost
D-Rank CC:
- +15% to your Chakra Cost
C-Rank CC:
- +7% to your Chakra Cost
B-Rank CC:
- No Modifications
A-Rank CC:
- -7% from your Chakra Cost
S-Rank CC:
- - 15% from your Chakra Cost
SS-Lv CC:
- -18% from your Chakra Cost
π-Lv CC:
- -21% from your Chakra Cost
Once you have your Chakra Cost for your specific CR-Rank then add/subtract the modifier for your CC and then you should have your final Chakra Cost in hand!
Example!
Ryuji uses a jutsu that costs a medium amount of chakra. Now then, Ryuuji has C-Rank CR and A-Rank CC. So....
C-Rank CR [medium] + A-Rank CC = Chakra Cost
41% + (-7%) = 34%
Ryuuji would use up 34% of his Chakra to use the jutsu.
KEEP YOUR CHAKRA ABOVE 20%
Please keep in mind if your Reserves of Chakra drop down to 0% your character will die. If your Reserves of Chakra drop below 20% you will receive various debuffs onto your character.
20% = -1 Taijutsu (stamina)
15%= -2 Taijutsu (stamina)
10%= -2 Taijutsu (stamina) (physical strength) -1 Shunshin (reaction time)
5% = -2 Taijutsu (stamina) (physical strength) -2 Shunshin (reation time) (physical speed)
If Taijutsu drops below E-rank in Stamina, debuff carries over to physical strength.
If Taijutsu drops below E-rank in Physical Strength, debuff carries over to Shunshin (reaction time)
If Shunshin (reaction time) drops below e-rank, character may die.
IMPORTANT NOTES!
- When removing chakra from your reserves of available chakra the percentage you remove is always based upon your maximum amount of chakra available to you. Meaning always subtract as though you're subtracting from 100%.
- When you're adding your CC modifier to your Chakra Cost, if your Chakra Cost drops to -15% or below, your Chakra Cost becomes a No Cost or 0%
- If your Reserves of Chakra drop to 0% your character will die.
