Description:

Kazuko has a certain skill with Taijutsu and hand to hand combat, though she has found that this alone often does very little damage to her opponent, or not as much as she would like for it do to (she aims for utter obliteration of her enemies). As such, she has decided to capitalize on her Chakra and its lightning nature by way of incorporating it into her hand to hand skills. She gathers lightning natured chakra either around her shoulders or at her hips - the two sources of power for either upper body strikes or lower body strikes - and keeps this chakra circulating within said limbs for the duration of the style’s activation.

This jutsu can be used in two ways. Firstly, Mukui works by wrapping the power centres (shoulders and hips) of the user in lightning chakra which imbues physical strikes with electrical currents capable of shocking the enemy upon contact.  These shocks are painful but not debilitating, at most causing minor electrical burns if the enemy is struck repeatedly in the same spot, contact with the energy would cause the molecules of a body to become overcharged and tear away from one another. The second use of this jutsu requires a post of preparation where the user gathers chakra from one of the power points and expels the built up chakra in a concentrated, powerful blast with destructive properties similar to False Darkness. The blast can be released either from the hands or the feet. If hit with this, the target will suffer a painful electrical burn like being hit by lightning.

Thanks to the aesthetic qualities of the lightning chakra that encompasses whichever limbs are making use of it, this fighting style is hardly subtle, on the up side though her movements are noticeably more difficult (but not impossible) to follow thanks to the blurring effects of the lightning chakra. Kazuko can keep the jutsu active for a duration of eight posts.

Secondly, I'd prefer that you registered the Raiton side of this as a jutsu first - making sure that you quote both templates provided. Afterwords, if you could seperate the paragraphs so that makes it easier to read. Also, take into consideration what you've described is moreso a jutsu that could be used hand in hand with a taijutsu style, you haven't really described a taijutsu style other than 'pure obliberation' so if you could incorporate some strikes, it would become a style.

Alternatively, you can register the Raiton part as a jutsu and use one of the styles provided in the TAIJUTSU RECORD.

Okay, beginning the new review! My concerns are-

• Creating the Raiton element does use chakra. So you'll need to change that.
• Since I think that allowing the raiton to bounce around your hips or shoulders- that after using it for fifteen posts, you cannot use it for longer without it becoming dangerous to your shinobi's health.
• Thirdly, can you elaborate on the damage actually done to a target's body? As far as I'm aware, Raiton can burn as well as shock. I'm also going to give you the option of making the fifteen posts shorter, but deadlier- or to keep it fifteen posts but of less power.
