Umihebi no Chikai - Oath of the Sea Serpents

Location:

The contract location is in Kirigakure no Sato, being hold by the Yuki clan since the clan was officially founded. The monsters and beasts of the deep that aligned to this contract take place in most northern part ocean of Water Country. Near there is an island. The creatures that are aligned to this contract usually live deep in the water underneath the water surface. Sometimes even on the bottom floor of the Ocean. However, when not underneath the water, the usually are lying on the island shores.

Inhabitants:

The Sea Serpent contract primarily sea serpents, sea dragons, and sea monsters. Most of these creatures can fight and slitter on land though. Some can even fly to a certain degree.

History:

The Sea Serpent (more like Sea Monster) contract was first used by the ancestor of the president Kirigakure's Yuki clan. His name was Yuki and was a follower of the Ninja Sect and of the Sage of Six paths. Eventually, after his death and the argument of his children, the contract vanished. It wasn't until the founder of the clan, Yuki Shiro refound and resigned the contract. Since then, the Sea Monsters have been aligned to the Yuki clan and hence Kirigakure.
